Pole fitness is a fantastic way to exercise due to its versatility to be used as a cardiovascular exercise and as a strength building class. All of our classes are are designed to suit all levels and abilities so wether your a complete beginner or an advanced professional we can offer a class to suit you.
Within our class time table you can try a regular pole fitness class that will start you off from a complete beginner and take you through your fitness journey learning spins, tricks, transitions and much more alongside students of the same level to ensure you feel comfortable. You will have a qualified instructor that will explain, demo and spot you throughout to ensure a fun yet safe environment as you learn. All students will have a pole to themselves to give maximum learning time and value.
If you prefer to exercise in a less structured class, we offer our polercise classes, this is an aerobic class with strength and tone elements for the whole body. It can be used as an extra class alongside a regular pole class as the class content is designed to help with the strength and flexibility required for pole fitness, or it can just be enjoyed on its own for it's great calorie burning and toning effect whilst dancing away the hour. This class can be joined at any level at any time as it has progressions and regressions to suit all.
We also offer choreography/flow classes, these classes explore many types of dance but focus on teaching the body to move fluidly through movements around the pole and on the floor to music. This is also a great way to burn calories and tone the body whilst enjoying the art of dance. This class runs in 4 week blocks and can be joined at any level.

Aerial hoop is a great fun and different way to exercise, it's benefits are many, including cardiovascular fitness, body tone, weight loss, improved coordination and confidence and much more as well as learning a new skill.
Your class structure will be tailored to suit the level of the class and you will all progress together at the same level with the help and expertise of an experienced, qualified instructor.

Aerial silks is a fantastic and unique way to exercise, although it's probably the most challenging of our equipment, we have tailored our classes to allow a complete beginner to steadily build there strength and skill level at there own pace making it achievable for any level. Our classes are all same level, so students will progress together as a group, and whilst helping and supporting each other they will be guided by a professionally trained qualified instructor to ensure a continuing positive experience.

Bungee fit is a fun aerobic workout with the twist of being attached to a bungee rope by a state-of-the-art harness. The bungee adds resistance and allows temporary suspension in the air, giving you the feeling of flying! Bungee fit offers the best of both worlds - a high intensity workout with the added bonus of being kind on your joints! It is an all-over body workout, incorporating elements of dance and aerial circus arts with toning exercises such as squats, press-ups and lunges. You will even learn to float above the ground - Mission Impossible style! Once you have mastered the basics of Bungee fit, why not try our more advanced Acro Bungee classes, where we use specially designed double-bungee harnesses that allow you to somersault 360 degrees in the air!
